$75.00…..Food & Beverage Class II-B
Cashiers Check or Money Orders only made out to PTGRO.

  1. Currently on Probation.
  2. Existing Warrant.
  3. Felony conviction in the last 10 years.
  4. Any other violation which show a criminal pattern or disrespect for the law and rules.
  5. False statements on the application.
  6. Hidden ownership.
  7. Illegal or unverifiable source of income.
  8. Illegal substance abuse. (pre-employment and random UA testing)
